Every year on 8 March, International Women’s Rights Day highlights the importance of collective action in favour of gender equality. At Sixense, this commitment goes far beyond symbolism: it is embedded in a global, long-term approach that is fully aligned with our technical and digital activities.
A structured commitment driven by clear objectives
In 2025, women represented 25% of managers across Sixense, a growing proportion that reflects our ambition to meet the target set by the VINCI Group: 30% women in management roles by 2030.
This commitment is built around several key priorities:
- supporting women’s career development in our technical and digital professions,
- providing an inclusive environment that fosters growth,
- facilitating access to leadership positions,
- accompanying career progression at every stage, from internships to management responsibilities.
Operating in more than 20 countries, Sixense values diversity as a driver of performance, innovation and corporate culture.
Concrete actions deployed worldwide
Sixense’s commitment takes shape through a variety of initiatives conducted locally but aligned globally:
- awareness programmes on gender equality and diversity in the construction sector,
- dedicated managerial training on inclusion,
- initiatives promoting science and engineering careers to young people,
- listening and dialogue initiatives within teams,
- international mobility and career development supported by managers.
All of these actions contribute to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone can grow and progress.
